Sometimes you can't always do what's right. Right? Well for Jocelyn that was the case. She was one of those people who liked to help, but usually said the wrong thing at the wrong point in time. She had a knack for getting herself into awkward predicaments. Like last week when she bumped into a Jacko. She didn't mean to, but it got her in trouble. Of course it was easy for her to get out of trouble with Jacko's. Her dad used to be a well known leader. She still missed him. She missed him more everyday. But she knew she had to keep herself strong for him. She didn't like to take bullshit from anyone. It just wasn't in her nature.
Jocie smiled as she looked up at the beauty that was the ruined church. She liked to come here and just think. Sometimes if she needed inspiration she would bring her guitar and just let her emotions come out. That was something that was rare. Jocelyn didn't like to show her weaknesses in front of gang members. That just made her more of a target for them. Today was one of those days where she needed to sing. Jocie walked around to the back so that she could sit on the back steps. That was her favorite spot. Mainly because she could watch the sunset. She sighed as she sat down. She began to strum her guitar softly as she started to figure out what she wanted to play. She had bits and pieces of lyrics written down in her journal, and she wanted to finish the song. Her heart took control of what her mind was thinking and she just kept strumming. "The power lines went out and i am all alone i don't really care at all not answering my phone." The Words melted from Jocie's lips like ice in the sun. The way she spoke them was beautiful. She stopped strumming and groaned. "Jeez." she said throwing her head back in frustration. She wanted to finish the song so badly that it was driving her nuts. She decided a walk around the church would calm her down. She layed her guitar in its case and leaned it against the wall. She climbed through the window and smiled. Of course she could have used what was left of the door. But hey, she like climbing. After a lot of thinking and a lot of humming she sat down again with her guitar.
"The power lines went out and i am all alone i don't really care at all not answering my phone all the games you played the promises you made couldn't finish what you started only darkness still remains
Lost sight couldn't see when it was you and me
blow the candles out looks like a solo tonight I'm beginning to see the light blow the candles out looks like a solo tonight but i think ill be alright
Been black and blue before there's no need to explain i am not the jaded kind playbacks such a waist your invisible, invisible to me my wish is coming true erase the memory of your face
Lost sight couldn't see when it was you and me blow the candles out looks like a solo tonight I'm beginning to see the light blow the candles out looks like a solo tonight but i think ill be alright
one day you will wake up with nothing but your sorries ans someday you will get back everything you gave me
blow the candles out looks like a solo tonight I'm beginning to see the light blow the candles out looks like a solo tonight but i think I'll be alright" She smiled wide as she finally finished her song.

The memories were slowly coming back to him. He was finally begining to realize who he was and what he had to do. There were still many thing left in his mind that he had yet to uncover. A lot of skeletons remained in his closet so to speak. Yesterday all he could do is remember a church and a man. No idea who or what they had to do with him he figured he would check the place out and see if they stirred anything in his mind. It was worth a shot right?
The paved road turned into a dirt road, the small car slid across the road as he made his way to the Church, the roads he seemed to remember. He had no idea if he was going the right way, he was just going with his gut feeling, the small silver car sped down the dirt road sending rocks and dust flying all over the place. The engine of the car could be heard from a distance, it was roaring, he was speeding up. He could feel he was getting closer and closer so he made his car go faster. He wanted to get there now and See if anything stirred.
A small wall with a stained glass window caught his eye on the corner of the road, he pulled the Emergency brake on his car and slid across the dirt road and came to a halt on the side of the road. He turned the car off and reached down into the glove compartment pulling out a old rusty object and placing it in his holster underneath the jacket he was wearing. Kane made his way up to the Old wall and he placed his hand on it and sighed.
It was a shame something so beautiful and harmless had to be hurt in the midst of a war it had no place being in. Kane sighed this was a safe zone, no killing. He was begining to remember, this church was rebuilt, but someone tore it down again. He couldn't remember who,, or why. As he walked into the main room he looked around and all he could see was the past, him standing by the altar and the room was ablaze. He began to panic, the memories were coming back but to fast. He sighed and looked down.
"What happened here.." Is all he could manage to say before he decided to sit down on a bench that was still in good condition. He was waiting for answers. Maybe sitting here would somehow give him answer, maybe. He was determined to figure things out. one way or another.
Thats when he heard it, someone was singing? or was that another memory and he was hearing things? No someone was here with him, but where he closed his eyes and close his mouth he listened tilting his head in the direction of the song, he heard the guitar being strummed and let out a soft sigh. Peaceful music..

Jocie was so happy that she finished her song. She was ready to go home, so she headed over to where she had parked her car. She peaked around the side of the church and there was another car there. His car. She put her Guitar in the back seat and sighed. "It's now or never Jocie." she spoke to herself softly. She had wanted to speak to Him for a long time. She wasn't angry anymore. She was just confused. She had heard that He had lost him memory. That means that he didn't remember much about what happened. So did it really do her any good to try and talk to Him. "You have to Jocie." She told herself as she straightened up. She fixed her hoodie and walked back to wards the back.
She climbed through her usual window, and started looking for Him. She turned on her heels to wards the main room. There he was. His back was turned to her though. And well for that she was thankful. Kane Stone. One of the men that had killed her father. A Gorgeous Man. But also A Lapis Lazuli. They were supposed to be sworn enemies, but she couldn't be mad at him. She had heard about her fathers actions. This man was the reason she wasn't in a gang. This Man was the reason that she got to escape her fate. Sure she missed her father, but she was free. She walked to wards him making as little noise as possible. Once she was behind him she spoke.
"Do you remember any of what happened here?" She spoke softly. Her heart fluttered. For the past year every time she saw Kane she felt weird. Like she was supposed to talk to him, and hale him find the missing pieces of him puzzle. Was her fathers death the missing Piece?
She continued to walk. She stopped in front of him and looked into his deep eyes. They were intoxicating. She shook her head. "No Jocie, This isn't the time!!" she mentally scolded herself.

Kane looked around th4e church someone had been here recently he seen someone had made a chair and the smell of smoke wreaked, not from a fire but from cigarettes. That was a horrible habit he never wanted to get involved with. It was a killer, just like drinking. He heard the music stop and heard someone stumbling to leave. "Eh, might as well leave, I'd probably scare you off anyway.." He said quietly to himself.
"No reason to sneak up on me.. is there? I mean did I do something wrong again?" he said not looking behind him, he knew she was right behind him, well knew someone was. The shadow of her body was seen on the floor and he gripped the gun a bit tighter and he was just about to turn and fire upon her but then the image of him breaking up fights in the church came to his mind and he let his hand slide off the handle and into his lap.
"I remember helping rebuild this place with my brother a long time ago.. then someone burning it down with me inside. Another attempt to kill me, but how can you kill a shadow? after all I am Kane Stone, The shadow, right? "he looked up at her his eyes searching her face in the dim light. He wasn't being rude, that wasn't a statement it was more of a question.
"You have something.. to tell me?" he said quietly standing up his figure now looking down at her he seemed a lot bigger when he was sitting down, but when he stood his 5'11 frame was better seen. His body was lean and tight, the clothes he wore, were baggy and made him look bigger to ward off enemies. But that wasn't the case here. this woman knew something about him.. but what?

Jocelyn looked at Kane as he stood. He was a good five inches taller than she, so she had to look up to meet his gaze. "So, You Thought You Would Scare Me Huh?" she said with small smirk plastered on her lips. She turned around and cleared a spot for herself to sit. She had remembered running around here with her father. A Small Tear rolled down her cheek, and she wiped it quickly hoping he didn't notice. "Truth is, If I Wouldn't have seen your car, and well known whose it was, I probably would have left without a word." She said with a sigh.
"No reason to sneak up on me.. is there? I mean did I do something wrong again?" Jocie laughed quietly. "Well, You've got a few strikes in my book." she said shaking her head. "But They've all been forgiven." she continued. She had noted to herself earlier that he had a gun, and it was best that she not upset him too much.
As He told her what he remembered she smiled. "I Remember that Night. Even After Our Past, I Couldn't help but be scared for you." She said with a slight shudder from the memory. She pulled up to the church. It was set wide ablaze. Why? Someone wanted revenge for her father death of course. It wasn't her, but there were some pretty angry Jacko's roaming around.
He asked if she had something to tell him. "Not Necessarily. I just wondered how much you remembered." She stated quietly.
OOC-Sorry It's a lacking a little Muse;/

Kane sighed it was the same old same old. Another person knew him, yet he had no Idea who this girl was. She was cute, did he do something mean to her. No, if he had she would get revenge he saw a glint roll down the side of her face and sighed. That was either sweat or a tear. either way he had done something to her. Make her nervous or scared one or the other.
He didn't want to make her feel scared and he sure didn't want to make her nervous. He needed to think of something to make her calm down just in case she decided to do something rash he put his hand into his jacket and slid it over the gun's hand and pulled it out the barrel facing the ground he sat it on the floor by his feet and sighed. Not paying it any attention he tried to focus on this womans face. How did she know him. It was starting to bug him.
"So I did hurt you? I don't think I meant to, people say I did things for a reason, and not dumb reasons, If i did something to you, i apologize but I did it for a good cause?" he said trying to make himself sound sure of what he did was right but the doubt made his voice shake a bit. What if he hurt her just because he could? If he hurt her was she the one that killed his brother? and now trying to finish him off.. no. This girl wasn't a killer, she had forgiven him so he had decided it wasn't her he was after.
All he could think of was Saint and Jesse running for cover in the woods, Kane was trying to save those he could from the fire, he suffered a few burned and sprained his ankle running from the bullets. He made it to cover Saint and Jesse were in the bushes shooting and taking out the pursuers after him. They had no chance of killing Kane. He had gotten away scar free, but the church, his prized possession was gone. He didn't know who did it, and then he sighed, " You.. were worried about me? What exactly did i do to you? were you and me.. an item? or .. who are you miss.." he said titling his head taking his jacket off and setting it beside him, he felt he would be here awhile he leaned back his body slanted he was settling in for the story of his life is what it felt like.
"Well. be a dear.. tell me what I should remember? if thats not to much " Kane said softly his voice soft and tender as he spoke to her. His eyes closed ready to take in all the details of what she was saying.

Jocie sighed softly as he place his gun at his feet. "Thanks." she said feeling a little less nervous.
"So I did hurt you? I don't think I meant to, people say I did things for a reason, and not dumb reasons, If i did something to you, i apologize but I did it for a good cause?" She shook her head. "No You Didn't hurt me. Well you did, but It wasn't meant for me. If that makes any sense." she said fiddling with her necklace. The small star pendant her father bought her on her sixth birthday.
She didn't know how she was just going to come out and tell Kane all of what she knew. She didn't want to force his memories to come back too fast. It had happened to her cousin before, and he had to go to the hospital. How do you tell someone that they helped murder your father. How do you tell them that despite everything they did, they saved your life. That despite everything they did you still had feelings for him at a point in your life.
"You.. were worried about me? What exactly did i do to you? were you and me.. an item? or .. who are you miss.." Jocie chuckled slightly at his confusion. "Babe, we were anything but a couple. We're supposed to be enemies. You See." she paused. Here Goes Nothing "You See I'm Jocelyn Grant, and well my father used to be the leader of the Jacko's. Well, You, Um. Y-" she had to stop and wipe her face. A small sob racked through her body. "You Killed my father. " she said softly. She was remembering the good days with her dad. The weekends they would spend running around the house playing hide-n-seek.
"And well, even though you Killed my Dad, I can't help but see you as my Savior. My Shadow of a Savior." She said looking him in the eye. "Despite the fact that you killed my father. You saved me from having to get into the gang life." she said softly. "Not that it really made the Lapis Lazuli forget about me." she added before staring off into the wall.

He let a soft hum come from his throat as he seen her loosen up, the gun was a bother for him too. He really thought they were for the weak. Now a days though if you didn't shoot back, you were dead. He missed the good ole days when you could fight like grown men and not worry about being hit by a bullet in the back. Wow, he was remembering! the smile on his face faded as she confessed his sin to him.
"So it was for a good cause, probably for a few, If it helped you, your welcome?" he said cutting her off before she could finish talking he reached for her pendant his arms wrapped around her neck this fore arms rested on her shoulders his hand undid the lock and he held it up at to see it better. The moon hit the pendant and the light cascaded down onto her face and his memory was back. Well for the most part he knew who she was, and what he did before she had the chance to tell him. He was already on guard.
This girl, he had seen her innocence. He used to spy on her father and see them having fun, he was tempted to not have anything to do with the murder. He was a gang leader and had to do it, that was his job. If he hadn't killed him his gang would see him unfit and kill him. Wait, is that what happened to him? Did the gang sense his doubt and try to get rid of him? was he seen unfit? No, he killed him, and he tried to save the girl from seeing the violence but he knew she was there. She had seen it all the 3 men over her father body. Jesse beat him senseless and Saint wanted to shoot him. That wasn't his place, a man like her father needed to be taken out by someone worthy, Kane was the only guy seen fit and he shot him. twice with a colt 45.
He let out a sigh of relief, she had forgiven him? If it was Kane in her place he would be beating the shit out of his father killer, this girl had something else on her mind. He sighed and took the necklace and his hands traced around her neck and he placed it back and he took the star like charm in his hand let it go and it slumped back to the middle of her neck. "I saved you?" he said quietly looking down the look of hurt was visible in his eyes.
He had done so much wrong, and all he could think about was doing more of the same thing to get back what was his.. He didn't want a gang no, he wanted his pride back. He wanted to be respected not feared. He wanted so much and had no clue how to go about doing that/ He needed help. He looked at her and smiled. She was a ex jacko and she turned out just fine, he could do that too. He would be fine in the end right? the doubt ran through his mind and that worried look present in his face.

"So it was for a good cause, probably for a few, If it helped you, your welcome?" She shook her head. She would never forget that day. Her worst nightmare became her savior. "Yeah, Um Thanks." She said as he reached for her pendant. She flinched lightly at his touch. She wasn't used to other men touching her. Just Snipe. When he finally got to see her face, she saw the memories come back. She was happy for him, but she knew that meant she didn't have that much longer to talk to him.
Jocelyn sat there a minute remembering. He had tried to save her from seeing it. He tried, but he couldn't upset his gang. No Matter what happened to her father, she was still his daughter, and to Them, she was the enemy. "Can I ask you Something Kane?" she said not waiting for his acceptance. "Did you want to do it?" The words came out in more of a whisper, but they were audible.
She looked at his face and smiled lightly. "Yeah, I'm Pretty Nice for a girl who is talking to her fathers killer." she said becoming slightly warm. She pulled her hoodie over her head and folded it over her lap. "I saved you?" The hurt was visible on his face. She could only nod. "If you wouldn't have killed my father, I would be out right now doing something with drugs, or hurting someone else." Jocelyn said looking up at him. What she did next was something she couldn't help. She stood up and hugged him. Not a long hug. Just a short squeeze. "Sorry." she said looking away embarrassed.

He felt her flinch as he brushed his hand across her neck and let out a laugh, "I'm not going to hurt you.." He said softly was she worried? he couldn't do anything right now he was to busy trying to remember it all. The night, who did what and all that but it came in all fuzzy and he remembered glimpse and then his memory would skip later on like a cd would do when it was scratched up. That was killing him, he wanted to know so bad who was who. He seen Saint in perfect view, and the man in the cowboy hat had to be Jesse. Who else would be able to get so close to him and saint?
Kane's face tightened up. He had been waiting to be asked that question for the longest time. "I was doing recon on your father, I used to watch you two play and go out to eat. You were so happy with him, I couldn't hurt him. I know what its like to lose something you love. Believe me when your father fighting the lapis, he wasn't fighting me. I was trying to lose that fight to retreat. Jesse had pulled a miracle or saint did it was one of them. Brought his body to me, all beat up. He was still moving and i tried to say he was dead, but they wouldn't take my word and wanted to make sure he was taken out. They tried to kill him and i wouldn't let them... A man of his standard didn't need to be killed by thugs, so i took the gun and shot. No i didn't want to do it, but i had too. That is just how it was back then" Kane said softly rubbing his cheek it felt warm, had she slapped him or something, no, he was blushing from embarrassment. He must look so weak now.. "I'm not a lapis anymore something happened after that and i was put down, they tried to kill me, and failed...now I'm looking for who tried to do me in." he said quietly.
He looked down at the girls small frame and as she hugged him he let out a soft sigh and relaxed into her arm his hands staying by his side and his head slumped down. she had no idea what her future might have been. Kane could have been a ranch hand growing up because his father was a rodeo star. you don't have to be something you don't want to be. He had a feeing if her father was alive, she would be sitting on a throne not having to lift a finger. She'd be pampered and spoiled in a good way though. 'why.. why does it fell right? you hugging a killer, it should be scary and you should be running yet you are here hugging me. " he said quietly barely audible

Jocelyn sighed. "I'm not scared." she said softly. She knew he wouldn't hurt her. Not only were they in the church. She felt the pain he had. This church used to be his life.
As Kane spoke about her father she felt a few tears fall down her cheeks. What he said brought back all of her memories. The ones that she had forced to the back of her head. Her favorite was the day they went to McDonald's and he got stuck in the slides trying to catch her. She let out a quiet laugh as she thought about it. "They tried to kill him and i wouldn't let them... A man of his standard didn't need to be killed by thugs, so i took the gun and shot. No i didn't want to do it, but i had too. That is just how it was back then" Jocie nodded. His face was red with embarrassment. "You don't have to be embarrassed, You did what you had to do." she said walking in front of it. He was looking down, his head slumped. She lifted his chin. "No matter what you do, don't doubt it." Her eyes connected with his as she spoke. "Even if no one else is on your side, stand your ground. Because That, is more honorable then being a wuss and doubting yourself." she finished still looking in his eyes. Boy her dad was probably turning in his grave.
''why.. why does it fell right? you hugging a killer, it should be scary and you should be running yet you are here hugging me. " Jocie laughed a little. "I Should be, but I'm not." she whispered lightly in his ear. "To be Honest, before you lost your memory, I had the biggest crush on you." she said blushing a deep red. "But, well after that, you didn't really remember anyone, and I just kind of gave it up." she said tearing her eyes away from his.

"your, right..I know your not scared, I was saying that because of you flinching." Kane said cocking his head to the side as she talk, he began to zone out and think this church was his life. He came into town with the Lapis and they took over, once that was done Kane got bored with drugs and fighting and decided to try and better the community starting in places away from fighting like this place. He didn't hire construction workers. He punished the member of his gang, if they did something wrong they would be here working with him. This project took about 5 months.
"I'm not embarrassed, I did what i had to do, that is that, nothing less nothing more its the past. It just ticks me off that i was so ruthless back then. If i was still like that now i might have hurt you tonight, and here i find myself wanting you to hug me again and not let go.. It just doesn't seem wrong, I don't know if its because of my condition or just because I want it" he laughed as she touched his chin with her hand he slipped his face down just a bit her finger brushing up the stubble on his chin and he kissed the tip of her finger and smiled. This was the look of a man that knew who he was. It seemed like the old Kane stone was finally coming back slowly but surely.
It was a scary thought, what happens when he get back to where he was? will he try to reclaim that god awful gang life? or will he do something better? and try to make things right and destroy the three gangs so many choices. He found himself looking at Jocie his eyes locked on her face as she turned away he let a small grin slip onto his face and he sat down.
"there was one part of the place, that didn't burn down." He said quietly thinking back to the nights he stayed here and not the estate. He had a room here at the church hidden. for some reason the fire department actually did a good job and stopped the fore before it could destroy the hidden room. It was meant for hiding, the church was a safe zone but still people might find it necessary to hide and that is why Kane built this room.
"Like you said don't be embarrassed about how things were back then " he said standing up kicking boards and other trash around and stomping on the ground. The sound was constant thud making his way to the altar the thud sounded hollow and he smirked reaching down he gripped onto the edges of the altar and tossed it down to the side and a chain lay there, he gripped it pulling it back his body tensing up as the boards on the ground came up and a ladder leading into the darkness sit there in the middle of the church.

Jocie smiled up at Kane. She knew everything was going to be so different in her life. She didn't know if it was for the better or worse, but talking to Kane had put her at ease. He didn't want to kill her father. She knew that now. He did what he had to do. And how can you hate somebody who does what he has to, to live his life. She couldn't, that was also really clear. All she wanted to do was hug him, and tell him that no matter she was there. But the Lapis jumped into her mind. She thought the death threats were bad now. If they found out about her meeting with Kane, she would be dead. A small tear ran down her cheek as she realized the truth. As much as she wanted to stay out of gang life, her father made that impossible. Even though he was dead, her life was still hell.
She liked this Kane, but she knew it wouldn't last long. This Kane was a sweet man, a troubled confused man, but a sweet man. Once he fully recovered his memory, she didn't know what would happen. She hoped that he would still be the same, but something told her the Lapis wouldn't have it that way. But, did they honestly have to find out?
...i find myself wanting you to hug me again and not let go.. It just doesn't seem wrong, I don't know if its because of my condition or just because I want it" His lips touched her finger, and she felt another flutter. "Well, honestly I don't care which one it is." she said wrapping her arms around his waist and placing a small kiss on his chin. Dude Jocie! Are you nuts. The Lapis will have your ass if they find out. She just pushed the thoughts to the back of her mind for a moment. It all just felt so right.
Jocelyn was shocked when he started talking about how one part didn't burn down. He started jumping around like a mad man, kicking things, and stomping. "Kane Are You-" She was stopped mid sentence as he flipped over the altar. It was like a secret room. "What is that Kane?" she asked as she moved close to him.

"this hole, is a safe spot, We made it Incas something bad were to happen.. If we had to go into hiding we could always come here." He said looking around. The power to the church had been cut off but in that hole was a generator and other things he could use. He looked back to her, "I think i should show you, the church was a safe heaven, no violence but things can get out of hand. You'd never know about this room unless it was shown to you" he said quietly throwing a rock down the hole hearing it his the ground with a thud he smirked.
It was funny how things always seemed to keep him puzzled, all he could think about was getting revenge before, now he felt like this girl was a key part of his history and maybe future? he didn't think he had to keep her safe, he wasn't trying to play big brother or daddy. Kane was being Kane he did things for reasons people couldn't imagine, then he would end up explaining why he did such things when asked at a later time. He was showing her this spot, not because he thought she would go into hiding, but if she need him and couldn't find him she would know where to look.
"Kissing me, is that the right thing to do Jocie?" he said softly, he wasn't complaining his voice soft and he sat down by the hole he had to get down there and see what was left down there. Maybe Jesse had hid there or something after Kane was taken out. "And I'm not complaining about it, you could have aimed a little higher" he smirked he was picking and playing now trying to get his mind off of other things now so he could focus more on her.
When he got his memory back things would be different, nothing he couldn't handle alone. The thing is after meeting all these people, he doubted that he would be alone, they would be with him. To most that would seem wonderful, not to Kane. He had people that were with him, he had to take care of because they were there with him. In the end he failed, Saint died and Jesse is god knows where.
Kane slipped onto the ladder and slid down into the darkness there was a load thud and the man felt around in the dark hitting a hard metal object with his head.. "Ow!" he groaned rubbing over the machine hitting a button the machine came to life roaring at first then dying down to a soft pure. He seen lights come on and the room came to life. There was a nice TV to watch the news. A fridge and pantry like thing for food. a huge bed and couch and plenty of guns on the wall. He walked around the room. he opened a door , bathroom.. He opened another, there was a closet of clothes. He smiled, nothing had been touched or stolen.
He walked to the ladder and laughed his life was still here in town but he just had to reclaim what was his. starting with this church. He laughed resting on the couch wondering how long till the girl ended up down there looking for him. He rubbed his forehead mumbling to himself

Jocie listened to what he said. As much exploring as she had done around this place, and she had never once thought to look under the altar. "So it just a place where you can come if things get rough." she said rubbing his arm. She looked down into the darkness and sighed. She didn't like dark places.
Jocelyn wondered what kind of things might be down there. Maybe it was some kind of dark torture chamber. She almost laughed out loud at her thoughts. But she kept it in. She knew better then to think people were murdered down there. This church was respected. Any fights were taken away from it, and any hatred was pushed to the side, at least for a while.
Kane made her laugh. "I Honestly don't care if it's the right thing to do, It's what I wanted to do." she said leaning into his ear as he sat by the hole. She jumped when he slid into the hole sliding down a ladder. There was a loud thud and Jocie leaned over the edge of the hole. "Kane are you alright?" she said softly. She heard him feeling around for something, but she didn't know what. That was until the room filled with light.
She watched as Kane walked around remembering things. It made her smile. She wanted this to last forever. Him not knowing how much danger they were both in if anyone found out about them being this close. Without fighting. The Lapis wouldn't stand for their Ex-Leader, to be in relations with the enemies daughter.
Jocie climbed down the ladder slowly. Making sure to close the opening up top. It made it less noticeable. Once at the bottom of the ladder she took a leap and swung on it. Yeah, that ended badly. She fell. Jocie couldn't help but laugh at herself as she stood up. She walked over to Kane and sat beside him. She remembered what he had said And I'm not complaining about it, you could have aimed a little higher" She laughed quietly. Jocie leaned in and pecked Kane on the lips. "There I aimed a little higher." she said leaning back onto the couch.
